Integrative Counselling

A safe, confidential space to explore what's going on beneath the surface. I draw on multiple therapeutic approaches — including person-centred, psychodynamic, and CBT — to meet you where you are. Sessions are led by you, at your pace, with warmth and without judgement.

Coaching

Forward-focused support to help you move from where you are to where you want to be. Coaching helps you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and build confidence in your own direction — whether that's personal growth, boundaries, or navigating a life transition.

Breathwork

A powerful, body-based practice that helps regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and create a deeper sense of calm. Breathwork can access what words sometimes can't — helping you reconnect with yourself in a gentle, grounding way.

Belief Work

Many of the patterns that keep us stuck are rooted in beliefs we formed long ago — about ourselves, our worth, and what we deserve. Belief work gently identifies and remodels these deep-seated patterns, helping you build a stronger, kinder relationship with yourself.

Every person is different, so every journey looks different too. In 1:1 sessions, I blend these approaches based on what you need — sometimes in a single session, sometimes across your journey. The result is support that feels truly personal, deeply understanding, and gently transformative.
